Hey everyone, this is for a buddy of mine, who is a new member on the forums. Because he is new he can not post a WTB thread yet. His price limit is under ten grand, but would prefere less. He wants to get a Honda civic, but would be interested in something of his taste. Also he would prefere a civic from the 92-95 generation.
