cam seal???? quick question

is it necessary to install new cam seal when getting performace cams. or i can still use the old one if nuttin wrong with it.

i think i even have a xtra cam seal laying around somewhere
but yeah pick one up its like 3 bucks like monty said

i think the honda dealership OEM units are that price.
