My buddy has a t3/t4 in his ls and he uses a civic half rad. It seems to work well most of the time but I have seen it overheat at a stop after some hard driving.

what type of manifold will you be running? if you're gonna be using log mani then you should be OK with the full core rad. if youre gonna use ram horn mani then you should look into a koyo aluminum rad half size aluminum dissipates heat better, but civic rad will work fine to if youre on a budget, seems like you will be fine with the stack rad if youre only looking at 250whp

Boost is boost, heat is heat... The cooling system isn't going to be different for any two levels of power.

It depends on the manifold and down pipe you use, as well as if you're keeping A/C and power steering. I would look into an aluminum Civic "half" stlye radiator. If you're going to go boost, don't cheap out and depend on a crappy little stock radiator. Aluminum radiators will never need replacing, unless the core is punctured some how. I put a Fluidyne full size rad in my DC2 and my car runs noticably cooler, deffinately the best investment I've made.

half size mishimoto, samco hoses, spoon thermostat, spoon radiator cap, spoon fan switch, good pusher fan, water wetter, 50/50 mix. There you go all u need for a good cooling system.
