Default TWM ITB PROBLEM

hey guys, i just installed TWM Itbs with DSM 450 injectors that came with it also got the ecu from the car they were on, but when i start it up all i smell is burning fuel, and it shakes, Do i just need to tune it to my car? cause the injectors are to big?

Was the car that the ITBs and ECU are originally from the same set-up as what you have? If not, you need a tune for sure.

Short answer, Yes you need a tune!

get that thing to a dyno for a tune before you damage the motor.

Ya im getting it tuned next week not gonna drive it until then though so i dont screw anything up

no it came off of a type R but it was built to rev to 10k and mine is pretty stockish

Yes you need a TUNE asap for any ITBs.

an what mods to you have done to your motor? you say pretty stockish... ITBs really work better with built motor just my .02
