Default Painting rubber vinyls on my ef??Help

My 89 ef sedan is flat black now but i dont like the way the moldings look black and there dirty..i was wondering what kind of paint i should use im thinking a glossy or flatt red bc i have red lug nuts and interior..the plastic moldings on the side idk what they are but if they need to be primed?? or sanded?? please only contructive comments

try mothers "back to black" its used to restore plastic trim and rubber pieces back to black. works pretty good
