hi, had some exhaust work done on my car, as i pulled the car off the hoist, check engine light comes on, i'm sitting idling and speedometer is moving and bouncing around. thought that was odd..
I went to get car scanned, those 2 codes came up 41 and 65, i replaced both 02's and also speed sensors but still same codes, tried 2 other computers and same.
i checked the ground and they seemed ok. i could not get power from the 3 when checking for power. could it be the wiring harness?

please help. fuses also seemed to be working.

 

check fuse # 15

 

Yep. If 7.5A dash fuse 15 is blown, then read this TSB.
