WILL a 88 CRX HF transmission bolt on to my Honda Civic 1989 5 speed D15b2 .? if so will the clutch fit as well ?and if no, can i just take the clutch off my d15b2 and place it on to the 88crx hf transmission ?and if no, what other clutch is a possible fit on to the d15b2 ?? need helpful answers before i go buy the 88 crx hf transmission. thanx .

 

yea you can, you have to swap the clutch over because 88 transmissions are 21 spline, and 89-91 are 20 spline, i found it out the hard way myself. hope this helps

 

THANX! for trying and help...appreciated...but i hit up some guy and he just sold me a LSD,tranny he said... "the LSD should work just fine .and to just put the clutch off my d15b2 in to the LSD,tranny and everything should be cool
"...Still questioning this, is this true?
