Default code P1362 (TDC sensor *no signal*)

Have an '01 Civic with a D17** (forgot last 2 digits) thats completely stock and recently threw this code.. Anyone know where this sensor would be located?? Also, any thoughts of what can make this sensor go bad?

It's the sensor that plugs into where the timing belt cover is.. There's a rubber covering u have to pop off then u'll see the sensor.
