i have a poor mans type r i was usin the stock ls exhaust, until i got a brand new 2 and 1/2 inch apexi cat back idk what happened it feels like i lost "some" power did i or not?

Unless your making making 225-235 whp range it sounds like you went too big on the diameter. Remember "bigger isn't always better". You should've just stuck to 2.25 with an LS Vtec set up or atleast have an understanding of how much power you want to make and buy parts that support that goal.
