I just bought my em1 and now it's time for a suspension upgrade, i've been told a lot of good things about the koni + gc setup... I don't know too much about suspension, so forgive me on that.

I just want to know what to put it on before i slam it, thanks.

i just got a 00 si as well and just bought function form type 1 coilovers and love them and im slammed to the ground

 

for the gc setup if you want slammed i would go with the shorter gc springs all around i think it's 6in. Depending on where u buy it from u can also chose what spring rates you have. on my car i have 450fr and 350r.

from some posts that iv'e seen people advised 550fr and 350 for riding slammed. Wish i would have known this. My oil pan and header are full of deep scratches. Also get the ground control that are koni specific.

 

i got an EM1 also and i put tein coilovers. i absolutely love them, the ride is so nice

 

since you wanna slam, koni/gc or pic, u can get custom rates for gc get like 450 f and r with top hats on the fronts
