Hey guys,

I just joined up because I have a fairly simple question. I was wondering if there is a transmission around that can take a J-series V6 convert it to RWD.

Or if there is any location that makes custom bellhousings that would possibly mate up J-series (probably a J30) to possibly a Ford T-5 transmission.

Not too familiar, but I'm assuming you migth be able to use a GM tranny... pending you don't care whether it's auto to manual. I've heard of someone matching a F20c (s2000 motor) with that tranny... If my memory serves me correctly... adaptor plate and tranny should do the trick.

 

Well, it'll be a little while before I start my project, but i'll let you know how it goes and what works.
