Default Sedan GSR trade

Ok i have been doing a lot of thinking but was curious to see what some other people thought. I saw online this guy was selling a ek hatch with a type R complete swap, so I pm him and told him would he trade for a gsr sedan. He told he would have to see the car, so he saw it and liked it here comes the problem. The car has a rebuilt title but it seem to be in ok condition from everything i checked out. First would that be a good trade for my sedan or should i just rethink this because of the title. Oh the car has intake and exhaust only no cat and check engine because of the cat and missing o2 sensor, has coilovers on the front and springs on the rear. My car has coilover and intake, and I have been putting together a jdm frontclip but missing radiator, bumper support, and front bumper. I need help this because not sure what else i need to look for on this car.

I wouldn't mess with it, I would keep the sedan and build it, at least you know where it has been.

Keep looking...does your gsr have any check engine codes that need to be dealt with?

Keep the db8, you don't want someone else's project.

I dont know if thats the only check engine light but those would be the starting point. I have experience with that problem buying cars with no cat or o2 sensor but after that i would have to see.
