S2000 Brake booster and Master cylinder swap into EM2

S2000 Brake booster and Master cylinder swap into EM2
I am having problems fitting the S2000 master Cylinder into my 2005 civic coupe. It is not passing the top part of my firewall. Has anyone else did this swap? I seen it done before.
