**AS OF SUNDAY OCTOBER 4**
i unpluged the vtec controller, and it now holds and idle and runs somewhat better, but the cel light went on, due to the ecu being stock.
$5800 obo!

Hey guys, up for sale is my 1994 honda del sol. It is an original b16a2 dohc vtec. Apparently these are actually pretty rare, and not too many were made with the b16’s. the engine has been built, professionally, it just needs a tune, ill soon get into that. But overall it’s a pretty decent car, still has A/C and P/S and its fast as hell!
Overall:
It runs pretty good now, I don’t get on it really, it needs the tune, the info is down at the bottom, but I love the car, its fast, it doesn’t leak any oil from the engine or trans, clutch is grabby, takes a little bit of time too warm up, but with the tune itll be fine, so it does need a little bit of work, and I wish I could finish but I don’t have the time or money anymore

Bads/Needs:
The body has 195,xxx, but what do you expect for a 1994, no rust, but the paint is kinda faded and the rear bumper could use aligning, not too many dings or dents, clean body, just a lot of miles and paint faded a little, plus side has a carbon fiber hood and targa top!
It needs a professional tune, pretty badly, don’t get me wrong it runs like a champ, it just takes awhile to warm up and hold an idle, and some other minor things, not a problem at all, also it will need a new ecu, its still running on a stock one, so the cams and vtec controller are messing with the map sensor and the tune will help these both with a chip or ecu, right now I have it set up to run really rich, I rather have it run rich than lean anyday
The interior needs a little tlc, no tears in dash, but a little dirty and could use a little alignment as well, panels and such, no big deal, drivers seat has a tear and theres no cover over the ebrake handle, no passenger door handle, the alarm was so strong it poped it out and broke it haha on the plus its all power
The clutch needs to be bled, the peddle doesn’t spring up all the way so you have to reset it with your foot, no big deal just bleed the clutch, the clutch its self is new
Needs new rims, the previous owner had put 18s on haha, and they are a little rashed up the tires are brand new so if you like 18s then there you go, no problem there
Like I said overall it’s a nice car, fast as ****, just needs a little tlc ,have lots more pics, like of it in the shop and stuff, and more info just call or text me
TUNING INFO (EST. FROM MATT AT DS1 MOTORSPORTS)
175.00 for chrome setup with obd1 harness and all hooked up
75.00 and he.ll check all the wiring and make sure its right (gauges, vtec controller, ecu)
200.00 per hour for it to be DYNO TUNED not street tuned
so pretty much you can have it up and running right for 600 out the door, pulls hard now, runs good when its warmed up
