hi, i have been searching for a set of lug nuts with lock around 100 bucks, but there are so many brands. i dont know which one should i choose. can anybody plz help me out? thanks

 

Just pick one. Why are you making such a minor thing a big decision?

 

because i dont know which one is good. if you buy something, u want to get the best bang for the buck, right? i do too. that's why i ask people who have experience for help

 

Are your wheels Honda/Acura wheels, or aftermarket wheels? If they are Honda/Acura wheels, you need lug nuts with a ball-shaped seating area, and you can get locks at your Honda/Acura dealer. If they are aftermarket wheels, you need lug nuts with a tapered/conical seating area, and most aftermarket lug nuts will fit.

 

thank you for answer my question. i just have my civic, so i dont know much about cars.i got a set team dynamics wheels for my civic, but the place where i am living isn't a good neighborhood. do you know what brand of lug nuts with lock should i buy? thanks

 

Get some lug nuts that require a special key from your local auto parts store.

 

if you have aftermarket wheels you will want a tapered lug. all you need to know now is if they require tuner lugs {the small ones} or if standard size will fit
