Default question about timing

How can I check the ignition timing on my car if the timing marks on the crank pulley aren't there? I've checked for them extensively, and they just aren't there. I'm assuming that over the years they've just worn off. Any ideas?

Default Re: question about timing

1.) Get a new pulley and replace the one you have.

2.) Get another pulley and make your own marks/copy their position.

3.) Mark TDC then purchase the correct timing tape for you pulley and put it on.

4.) SEARCH, there is plenty of ways on how to do this.
