Default CR4CK's 94 GSR introduction

Whats up guys. I've been lurking the site for some time and I figured I'd make an official account. I'm on NJTuners.com.

I'm Nick and I'm 16, yes... 16. :D I own a 1994 Integra GSR with two, count em, TWO boltons.
An AEM Intake and NGK spark plug wires. I have DC Headers on the way and I'm still looking for an exhaust. It is probably going to be either an Apexi WS2 or an RSR ExMag. Not totally sure yet.

Here are some pics and the future mod list:

I know its really unnecessary but mine was bad and I'll be rebuilding the engine from the ground up eventually so I figured I'd just get it now.

Thanks guys.

Here are just some pics.

I brought my Valve Cover to shop yesterday and today to clean off all the original powder coat. I have no clue as to what I'm painting it yet.

During:

After:

Thats two days (about 3 hours) of sanding, using a wire brush, and a wire wheel. Of course the day I bring this in the sand blaster breaks, and I wasn't going to let this sit there. I'm not even done yet. I still have in the "inside" to do. Although, I may not. It gets covered anyway.

Right now, I'm using finer and finer sand paper to get it smooth. This thing is shiny.
I'm actually thinking of keeping it like this. Maybe paint the letters Gold or Red or Green or something... But I like it.

Even the domestic guys said it looks cool.

Very actually, Try finding a stock one instead.

Because unless you have a Quality FPR, you'll bump up the pressure and get worse gas mileage.

Oh no, this isn't going in now. I just bought it because I only paid 30 bucks for it. New. My pump is fine for now, until I start doing internal engine work anyway.

Good idea, wait until you're taking it for tuning.

Finished the valve cover and put it on. I was going to leave it like this (See Pic Below) because I thought It'd look good, but to be honest, I really don't like it. Maybe it will look better with the headers in but ehh. I'm leaning towards powder coating it Wrinkle Black with Gold Letters. Should look sex. :D

Dude, you should see it in person. There is rust everywhere. Every single bolt is rusted. It sucks but... this ain't no show car. :D I'll eventually sand blast every last piece of rust, but the more mods I do, the more it will be unnoticed. Especially when I put the DC headers in.

Apparently she sat for like... 2 years. I got quite a deal for her though.

Nice man. But yeah, I'm no stranger to cars. I've been around them since I was born... but I still have a lot to learn.

I decided to go with the Apexi WS2. I heard nothing but good about it and I didn't want a big *** exhaust, so this was exactly what I wanted.

I'm also thinking about doing a 5 lug conversion. I think S2K rims on the Teg would look pretty sexy. What about you guys? :D

s2k rims are staggered so on a gsr you'd prolly wanna put the rear wheels on the back if you want traction. but a 5 lug conversion is always nice.

personally i would get all the rust off and repaint it then keep it as clean as possible on the outside. put on the stuff that muscle guys wouldn't notice. then build the engine for boost. blow their eyes out when they call it "just a little 4 banger"

Dang my car looked exactly the same as yours when I bought mine. Nearly 10 year later, I have 0, yep zero bolt-ons
