Well, my 91 DA has 2 on each side and two in the middle. Total- 6. I think yours is the same. Lift your trunk. You can see the sides screws. The middle one- You'll have to remove the panel. I'm sure theres two there also.
You will have 3 holes on each side, for a total of 6 holes.
The spoiler has 2 studs on each end that fit through the hatch and get capped off with nuts. Then on one side, there is a hole for the GSR brake light wiring. On the other side, there is a plastic clip that snaps into place.
I'm pretty sure the ITR spoiler will only cover the two outer holes on each side, leaving you with 2 exposed holes. If you don't plan on putting the OEM spoiler back on, it's best to get the exposed holes filled in or welded shut. There are several methods of temporarily covering the holes too, using rubber or plastic plugs that can be found at your local hardware store.

My LS 2000, had 2 holes on the driver's side and my type R wing reused both of them.
On the passenger side there were 3 holes and my type R wing reused 2 of them, leaving a single hole (that was used for the brake light wiring).
I went to an ACE Hardware store (to the nuts and bolts section) and bought a plastic plug and some clear silicone.
I had some touch up paint for my car, so I lightly sanded, primed, and painted the plug, before I installed it (with silicone). I did this in Jan. of 2005 and still no leaks.
If you don't want to spend $7.85 x 2 for (part # 71722-st7-z00 sponge gasket) the gaskets that the wing rests on, get some foam paper from the art store or from the art section at Wal-Mart. It will save your paint.
Also, use some silicone in the 4 holes that hole the wing on, to keep the hatch from rusting.

i belive it's 3 on each side so 6 total. But i know that on a DC that the holes won't line up totally right they didn't on my buddies 98 gsr so he had to ghetto rig it a little but it'll look fine
