2000 accord ex idle help??

2000 accord ex idle help??
3.0 vtec, seems like whether its hot or cold it has surging problems at idle. probably 100 rpms. is this normal ??? What is probably wrong with it to cause this. other than the idle problem engine runs strongly. TIA
