I have this same problem. I still have not fixed it since it only happens to me when I am driving freeway speed for awhile and if I shut the car off and turn it back on the cel goes away. I do have a power loss though. Anyhow, this is what was posted on my thread. Hopes this helps.

fuel pressure and check regulator. when i got this code it was cuz vacuum line on top of regulator was not hooked up to manifold, so check that too
The EXACT same thing is happening to me; the light (code 43) only comes on if I hold a consistent speed for a while. I'm also experiencing power loss and bogging/surging at low rpms. Is it likely my o2 sensor or something else?
Never been a fan of this code. Could be a LOT of things, I've had a bad dizzy, and leaky injector render this code. If there are no noticeable side effects, check for a leaky injector.
^^ While puttin my injector wires back on i noticd that if i push down on my injector 3 & 4 fuel squirts out.. The code first popped up after i sucked up water in my intake... Could compressing the water have caused this?
^ I'm curious about this as well because I feel as though my dizzy might be at fault as opposed to my o2 sensor. I think I've read elsewhere that dizzy problems can throw code 43.
