4x114.3 nissan/datsun rims on 4th gen prelude
ok ive seen some people do this on their car for just spares or whatever but i have a few questions. the 240sx rims are also 114.3 BUT the bolt size is 1.25. will that effect the drive of the car since our 4th gens are 114.3 but 1.50 botl size? please let me know guys cuz i bought some nice BBS rims that came off a Datsun 240Z (same bolt pattern but different bolt size)!!! thanks alot and i hope someone can help me out!!!
You can always get hub rings to correct the hubcentric problem. If it is 4x114.3 it will most likley fit ( you have to make sure the offset will clear everything, and look ok). The lug studs on nissan/datsun is 12x1.25 and honda is 12x1.5. Basically all that means is you have to use the honda size lug nuts.
Looks like the 240 is 66.1 anyway. So you should be good with some hub centric rings. Might need extended studs though.. only a test fit will tell you that, or some measuring. Make sure you can get, I think, 9 full turns on the lug nut. If not, you should get longer studs.
hahaha the rims i got are 0 offset..it looks like i need to extend the studs, and get spacers...any other ideas jic?
