Default easy fix maybe????

i put in a new engine a f23a. engine isnt seized i believe i put the tourque converter on wrong. i pulled the tourque converter off the old engine and put on new one. from what i hear i should of put it on the tranny. then bolted to the engine then bolt the converter on. is this right cuz riight now the engine wont crank and starter kicks just wont push it battery is good i was thinking i would be able to pull the starter out and spin the crank then bolt the starter back on what do U think an easy fix or pain in the @$$

Are you saying you installed the engine with the torque converter bolted to the flex plate? How did you get it to fit and how did you line up the input shaft of the trans with the hole in the torque converter?
