91 hatch having problems with b16
have a 91 hatch with a b16a from a 92 -95 dels sol. its has a p06 ecu, chipped, dont know why to be honest, but ive been having problems with it as far as eld, cel code #20, been trying to troubleshoot it for the past few weeks but no luck, other honda forums arnt working, so im trying somthing new,
so this is my problem cel #20, eld, electrical load detector, and the problem is it wont turn over that often but every once in a blue moon it fires up and ill take it for a spin but it just cuts out on me while im driving and takes a min to get started again sometimes dosent even start back up, then outta no where boom fires up one day,
so far ive replaced distributor cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, just for the hell of it to see if thats why it wont fire up but nothing, tried a pr3 ecu in it and sounded like it wanted to turn over but wasnt an not sure if pin out is the same but i do have a pr3 wire harness and it fits the p06 thats in it, checked all grounding wires and looked for spliced wires, so far nothing, i did just order a fuse box off ebay so hopefully ill have that soon and replace that, but im running outta ideas and im lost, even the whole ecu thing has thrown me for a loop, why a p06 ecu, dont ask previous owner had it in there and it ran fine but i dont think vtec really kicks in, chipped, but dont know what the chip does exactly, im losing my hair over this thing and could really use some kinda help or insight , an i hooked up an auto meter volt meter guage just to see what it read and its tapped at 18 wonder if thats part of the problem, but someone please help me, im lost here on what to try next.

im going to replace my dizzie just to see if that helps and picked up a fuse box from a junk yard today to replace that for the eld but having trouble getting my hands on a dizzie cuz ppl at pep boys and autozone are idiots and dont know whats what, but ill post again once i did those changes and checked some more wires n things, so hopefully i can help someone out with the same problem at some point but will post again soon.
replaced dizzi fired right up but still having eld problem and i swaped out my ecu to a pr3, but vtec kicks in a lil late at like 6500 before it was about 5500, who knows runs fine though, ill keep plugging away at it n someday ill work out all the kinks
