timing off?

Default timing off?

if one of the cam gears or both is off by a tooth, can that cause car to idle high? like at 2k rpm? will car start if timing is off?

adjust your idle first and then adjust the timing

it will still start if its off by a tooth. has your block or head been milled?

it shouldnt cause a high idle
