Default alignment prob

my car is civic eg8 jdm 95.. i juz changed the whole set of subframe including steering rack, both lower arm , anti roll bar.(crossmember set) and the whole set its from dc2r. not brand new. but looks like all the bushings and the arm is in good condition. after install the set, i try to drive but the steer more to the left.. is it bcoz of i nop yet do the wheel/tyre alignment? or i have to do the tie rods adjustment? sory for my bad english...

just did a gsr conversion on my hatchback as well, and I have the same problem. My steering wheel tilts to the left too. Just got an alignment 30 mins ago, and the guy told me its some sort of wheel play, that's why it's tilted - unless I have camber kits. Even after alignment, its a little straighter, but my steering wheel is tilted left

You need an alignment. You changed suspension components, and a hard mounting point (the subframe). If you didn't get the new subframe in the exact same place as the previous one, you really changed the alignment.

Tie rods are adjusted as part of an alignment. Its how the toe is set.

Go get the car aligned. Ask the tech to verify that the subframe is in the correct location. Camber and caster can be changed if it isn't.

Sounds ok so far...

Camber kits have nothing to do with wheel play, nor does camber have anything at all to do with the centering of the steering wheel. Your alignment tech is either an idiot, or trying to get you to pay extra for things you don't need.

And we have confirmation on the above. Part of an alignment is to center the steering wheel. The tech is either an idiot or incompetent.
