H22 swap, trans mount question
My buddies are swapping a H22A into a 90 Accord. I haven't been there the entire time so when I got there the engine was already in. I came yesterday to show them a trick to bleed the clutch.
Anyway the engine runs fine, clutch is good now but I noticed that the engine is tweaked really bad. Drivers side is really high up and the passenger side is low and shifted towards the radiator. Supposedly they used the H22 trans mount because the accord one wouldn't bolt onto the H22 trans.
This is deffinatly the problem as to why the axles are bound up.
I read a few articles and I believe you are supposed to use all of the oem accord mounts.
I don't know much about these swaps other than what they called me over to help with.
Any suggestions for mounts?
Also thought I should throw this in there. Are the 02 sensors in these cars the same as an obd1 z6 engine's ? Plug looks the same and they are both a 4 wire. (green, white, black, and whatever the other was).
Thanks guys

You'll have to tap out the pre-tap holes on the tranny and move those studs over to those holes that you tapped and then you can re-use the CB Accord tranny mount; thats only if the CB tranny mount is a 5spd as well.
