hey guys i need some help the other day i just picked up the springs stated above and something happened... when i went to go see them they guy said that he couldnt show me the springs until later on in the day. so i waited till like then. i went to go check them out when i got there he was driving a white eg hatch. he gave me the springs to look at but the thing that cuaght my attention was that when i asked him which springs were the front and which the back he couldnt answer me... so i was like i guess, another thing that i notice was that the back springs had two marks on them on both rear springs... now the front i knew were ther sustec super h spring because they had the logo on them but the rears didnt. i asked him again so are you sure these are the right springs he told me yes they are. long story short i called tanabe they told me that the marks on the rear springs are factory marks to show where the springs sit (front or rear). the dealer also said that even tho the springs does not come with spring ratings on them, if they are real tanabes they should still have the logos on them...

as you can see i got taken... sucked to cause i was just trying to help out my lilo brother on his first civic.... not only that he's got no money. if anyone has seen the ad on craigslist.org i live in orange county so the seller lives in garden grove.... i've been calling him left and right but nothing like i said he either knew they were stock springs or was somethings up...
