mpfi swap problems
ok i did the swap and my car wants to start but takes awhile, my ecu is throwing code 10(iat) how do i hook this up and my car was wired professionally and done right, nething would help, info on car 88 civic 4do dx swaped whole a6 in
code 10 on recently done DPFI to MPFI swap usually means that the wrong connector is plugged into the IAT sensor - the correct one is a white 2-wire connector with red with yellow stripe and green with white stripe wires - the white 2-wire connector with black with yellow stripe and orange wires shouldn't be plugged into anything
Obviously it should be plugged in.
It's common to put the wrong connector on it because the connector also fits other sensors.
This might be your problem - having plugs on the wrong things.
