Is it okay to switch the kind of oil you use? Or should u just stick to one? thinking about trying out castrol edge...currently using royal purple

 

Most people recommend sticking to a specific brand, but i've never had any real problems switching between brands. The only thing i'd recommend is just making sure you're not swapping brands at every single oil change. But yeah, in my experience, you should be fine switching to another brand either for one oil change and switching back at the next one. Or switching to castrol and staying with it for awhile.

Might wanna wait for a few other opinions first though.
