Default VX piston in D16a6 block, Compression Ratio?

OK, Im rebuilding my engine on my turbo 89 4wd civic wagon. Im going to replace my p06 piston with pistons from a vx engine (p07). I would like to know what compression ratio I will be running and if I will run into any problems?

what head? P07 pistons in D16A6 with D16A6 head and stock gasket will have compression ratio of around 6.7:1

VX block with ZC VTEC head with D16Z6 gasket will give you compression ratio of around 7.8:1 - with Y8 head on VX block, compression ratio would be around 8.0:1 - the problem is that the VX pistons have a 16.1cc dish

If you want to run boost on them, why not get some Vitara pistons? They will yield slightly high CR than the z1's and they are a LOT stronger. Cheap too!
