best harnesses for ef

i got some seats for my car and i was going to get some free netami four point harnesses. i want to know if they are any good

Check the tags do they meed SFI NHRA SCCA certs?

Do you have proper mounting locations for them?

i have my car gutted and bolted the harnesses down to the bolts where the rear seats use to go

Then no you do not have safe mounting for your setup.

Get a cage, or harness bar before trying to install 4 pointers.
