If you don't hear the fuel pump prime for about 3 sec when you turn the key to "ON" - not start - then it's usually the main relay.
You swapped yours out so hopefully the one you replaced it with is good.
Check your fuses like jayshf suggested.
After that it looks like you be on to troubleshooting your fuel pump.

ok so i tryed a few things, i switched it with a known good main relay and nothing, i also swapped out the dizzy and nothing, i also changed out the E.L.D. and nothing so i dont know what to do next, iam going to go look at the wiring and make sure i dont see anything out of place, but iam stuck any ideas? i have a 91 si crx at my house that runs so i can swap out parts on it.. thaks again
did you buy the car reffed? and with the motor already in it? because you said your running obd1 but from the looks of your plug on the distributor it looks like its obd0. obd1 distributors tend to have square gray plugs, unless you or the previous owner repined the obd1 distributor with obd0 plugs. just my .02
and showing us pics of the interior doesn't help either

thanks for the help iam the one who got it reffed and iam the one who converted it to obd1 and i just repined the dizzy that way, but iam thinking it might be some wiring issue with the obd1 conversion harness or something....i will post up some more pic's later..
if your car was already obd1 to the jdm spec converted then it will be wrong you will have to uncovert it from the b16 wiring threw the stock harness and then add ya jumper harness i had to do the same thing and u also need to watch the colors on ya distributor they dont match up by colors i did the same thing
it was obd0 then i converted it to obd-1 myself and it has been running this way for a couple years now, all of a sudden this started happening to me.
