I know for sure you will get the diagram in carolinahondas.com; not sure exactly where but I am sure I've seen it there.

not spark or gas? one or the other or both? uhmmm first thing that comes to mind is the fule pump if it is not getting gas. does the starter work? Can you just crank it but it just does not start? or does not even crank?
1. check fule pump
3. check distributor and distributor wires (make sure it generates sparks)
4. check fule pump fuse
5. check main relay

too little information to better help you but those 5 things will at least give you a broad idea of what it could be wrong if any of those is not working.

Why in the world are you doing a harness swap? It is MUCH easier to just use the DX harness... you are crazy...

well look here is the problem i bought the car with that harness.and i dont have the money to buy the original.so im using what he has.the car has no spark and there is no gas going to the engine.to check if no gas is coming out i loosend the bolt from the gas hose and cranked it.got out and nothing was there.i bought a new distributor and wired it all up so thats new.i replaced the main relay.the only thing i havent checked was the fuel pump fuse which i will check.the car cranks just dont turn over...and im stumped on what to do.ill try to check the fuse and see what happens.there are a few wires from the indash that are not connected.if it will help i will take some pics tmorrow.ill even put a vid of how it looks when i crank it and so on.
