i just got a used set of supertech valve dual springs. i thought the inner springs are suppose to be the same size on the intake and exhaust side?

the ones i got one side is pretty thick, i can barely compress them with my hand. As for the other 8, i can compress it down almost all the way down.

if thats right, which inner spring goes where. if i remember correctly the intake gets the thicker spring?

 

Here's a wacky thought - have you called Supertech tech support and asked them about it?
