Default b16a head reassembly

i got my b16a head partially built but they didn't reassemble everything after the partial build. so i'm going to put it back together myself. really just need the torque specs on the cam cap bolts and what i need to reinstall the cams and cam seals. do i need some kind of sealant around the same seals and how much is needed?

any help would be appreciated. i'm gonna drop my skunk2 stage 1 cams in it with the skunk2 cam gears and skunk2 cam seals. thanks.

all the 12 mm bolts for the cam caps are 20 foot lbs the 10mm are 7.2 foot lbs and for the cam seals remove the cam gears and slide them spring side toward the head and i believe the factory cam shaft trq for the cam gears is 41 foot lbs. if you are using any other cam beside a factory cam use that cam shaft trq spec for the cam gears

Also get some honda bond and place some on the flat surface on each side of the cam seal once they are placed in the head.
