Default Woble in the front end

I have a 1990 hatch Si with a b16a in it now. Everytime i ht the gas my front end will shack like something is off balance and its not my tires i got them balanced i dont know what else it could be.

DId it start when you did the swap? did you take the dust rings out of the knuckles before installing the axles? that will cause vibration under acceleration if you didnt take them out.

get under there and triple check every bolt you tinkered with during the swap, that is if you did the swap. check either way.

Worn out CV's will also do that. I had mine do that for about a day couldnt figure out what it was then... SNAP!! there went the driver axle. New axle and no more shake

how can i check if thats it with out replacing it? all my axels are like 4 months old

it would more than likely be making a clicking noise on turning one way or the other if it were your axle.

Did you ever see if you still have the dust rings installed on your knuckles? When I did my first swap a long time ago I forgot to take one of them out and had a bad wobble on acceleration.

check the rear mount..this has happen to me before.....maybe not bolted right

It was wierd. mine wernt popping at all, just started to shake. But i broke mine on Inner joint, the one at the halfshaft. I blew that thing APART!! many many many differient pieces. I think thats why it didnt pop at all, because the inner doesnt angle as sharp s the outer CV. As for inspecting them, you could take the front out of the knuckle and then rotate and wiggle the axle while you have a hand on the inners. Just listen for noises and feel for "Un-smoothness" haha i couldnt think of the right word.
