Default HELP, NOW!! Brake lights stay on

Hey WTF! My brake lights won't turn off. They just stay on even when I turn the car off. It's making my battery die and I have to get a jump start. Can someone please help me out. I need some help now!!! They don't even light up when I brake????

Sounds like you burnt a bulb out or have the wrong blight light bulbs or corner light bulbs in your car ..or a bad ground ..maybe the break switch is stuck

Well I know it's not the bulbs. But I did a little bit of research and I think you're right with the brake switch. That's the only thing that it looks like it could be. Let me check that. Also what does Continuity mean???

just check your brake pedal, the little plastic piece that goes to the light actuator or whatever you want to call it prob broke and is not cutting the circuit.. this happen to me a few months ago

You hit it right on the head ED9Hybrid. That's exactly it. I just figured it out myself. Now I'm in the process of rigging something up to make it work. Thanks for the help guys!!
