im assembling a ls bottom end. i have ITR pisstons with ls rods dont know wether i should use them .or use b16 or ctr pisstons. i will be using a stock gsr head, please shoot me some ideas or if u have used this set up before let me know how it worked out. an i am concidering going on the bottle wat will work best? thnks for ur time

If you use the ITR pistons you will have to have the rods machined to fit. The b16 pistons fit fine. If you already knew that, just pick whichever pistons give you the compression ratio you want.

The piston end of the rod needs to be narrowed to fit into a type r piston. I'm sure you can find pics by doing a search and any good machine shop can do it.
