yes koni yellows are 5 way adjustable, koni reds are not, yellows also have 2 height adjustments with the spring perch, depending on where you put it

Um, no.

Koni Sports (Yellows) are 1 way adjustable. They adjust rebound. They also have no stops in the adjuster sweep, allowing you to set them to any intermediate setting between the range ends, unlike a typical "5 way" adjustable shock (quotes, because there is no such thing in reality, its marketing speak).

Yellows have either 2 or 3 circlip locations (or 5 for the Neuspeed rebranded ones), depending on car model and which shock (front or rear).

Ground Control sells threaded spring perches, and Eibach ERS springs. Whatever shock you pair it with will determine the answer to that question, and you can use any number of good shocks with them, though the ones intended for use with a Koni are different than those for other shocks.

However, the more important question is, why do you think you need adjustable shocks?
