Default my custom shifter set up.

I kinda got tired of the look of the standard leather shift boot in my ej2 and decided to take on a different cheap project. I got the inspiration from a friends honda fit. I ordered the boot assembly and had my friends dad make me a steel shifter extension. I used a piece of plastic for the plate and traced the old shift boot frame to cut it. anyways on to pics.

i think the end result is great. its super comfortable and pretty unique. let me know what you think.

I started to create something similar to this a while ago...but didn't look real hard for a rubber shift boot like you have there...so I thru that project on the back-burner. What car is the boot from?

Why? So I can be like every other frost white cx owner that swaps interiors? No thanks. The blue has grown on me and is staying for sure.

Thanks for the props.
