well a TIE BAR is the bar between the left and right rear lower control arm. pretty much where the asr brace bar go's ( idk if u ever seen em).

and strut bar is kinda similar looking, but they go in the front (enginebay) aka towerbar. n they can go in the front lower ( under the engine) or they can go in the ear upper ( in the back trunk connecting the two suspension mounts in the back. etc etc and a arm bar is similar as well i belive that gos underthe car towards the middle. correct me if wrong.

normally people refer to strut bar as the upper bar that connects the 2 studs that mount the "shock/strut/damper" to the body.

and the tie is refered to as the lower bar that connects the inner pivot points on the lcas.

an arm bar is this...
