its your clutch sensor, probb went bad, the go bad on alot of older cars like you have and eg's. its located on top of the clutch pedal there are two wires you can tie them together and it will start or buy a new sensor. there are two sensors one is on the bottom of the clutch pedal and one is up top, its the up top one

Are any of your lights working? Make sure your battery terminals are not corroding. If those are ok try tapping the small box next to your hood release cable also known as the main relay. If it starts after that then you need a new main relay(a very common problem with EF's)
I do get the start up lights like check engine.. battery.. trunk... etc.. but thats as far as it goes...
... i have no idea wat it might be.. il check for spark next...

I mean, if its not cranking dont bother checking spark just yet, as you want to solve your cranking issue as well. What year rex? What motor? Start by checking your battery, maybe your starter connection, fuses. Someone mentioned the clutch sensor
hey man i have aD15y7 motor i swap my d15y7 head for a vtec head d16y7 head, i plug every wire, the car runs but no vtec kick, i plug the A4 and D6 cables but dont work, i got the p28 ecu, can you help???
if its not cranking its generally going to be either your starter solenoid sticking, or the ignition switch that's failing.
check the trigger wire at the starter that clips on with a spade connector. have someone hold the car in crank while you test that wire with a multimeter or test light. if you see +12v there but no movement from the starter, then the solenoid is bad. replace the starter. if you don't see +12v there then that tells you the signal is never getting past the ignition switch. test the switch to be sure if you'd like, then replace it.
