Need help asap!! idle problem.

wen i turn car on it is at high rpm and stays there. (3000 rpm) then after a while or wen i drive of it will idle from 3000 to 1500 rpm. please help.

"IDLE PROBLEM" is good enough....
clean your iacv or get a new one..
i have another bseries iacv..

It would help to know the year and engine. If you have an FITV, also clean and adjust it and check for vacuum/intake air leaks. Any CEL codes?
