91 std hesitation, running rich

Default 91 std hesitation, running rich

i'm working on my buddies 91 std, you give it gas, it stumbles, jerks, goes, jerks some more, the thing is it's not throwing a code, i tried messing with the dizzy to no avail
it seems like the ignition is retarded
any suggestions?

bump..

same problem. i have an iat sensor code (10) but i dont think thats the problem. alot of people seem to have this issue lately. im stumbling at around 2000rpm, but when i accelerate past 2500rpm i have no poblem.

it threw a code 6 (coolant temp) and ever since then it's been doing this i checked his wires going to the sensor and they were tattered and frayed re sone the wires by soldering them reset the ecu and it doing the same thing


what part of louisiana you from?

im having the exact same problem, and no code either, but my ignition is def. retarded, but i think my ecu is messed up. check your timing with a light and see what its at.
