not my car just a friend of mine...his car is a 95 h23 auto. his car idles when he is on park but when he goes do D the idling up and down stops...his car did have problem like no water in the radiator and too much oil in the car. i took care of that today and still the idling up and down is still there. i cleaned the t.b. sprayed some of those cleaner on it and still no help...so and advice anyone?
