Just wanted to get an idea of who has a F'd up lip. I just ran mine into a cement parking block, kinda pissed me off but it was going to happen eventually.

Is your lip f'd up?

 

On the bottom where no one can see unless checking... I HATE when it happens.

 

scratched mine the day it came out of the paint shop !!!

 

as voodoo knows. my parking used to be ****. both sides are scuffed

 

for you. No scrapes for me.....yet.

 

It's not bad, just a few scuffs on the passenger side.

Argh, having a truly bad day, almost got T-Boned by some idiot driving an LS430 turning left a few seconds before I ran into the curb.

 

I use mine as a curb feeler/battering ram/free way debris deflector.

Also use the canister on the Mugen B pipe to detect if ramps are too steep for me to get down. Put a nice speed dent into it yesteday...gonna go and pound that sucker flat. Nice and aero.

Geo - battle scars are cool, I use my b-pipe to find if ramps are too steep or not either

 

I've scraped/sanded mine down so much I no longer have to worry about driving up inclines

 

It's a "wear" item.

 

mines scratched to **** on the bottom...... but you can't see it anyway so i don't care.....war wound!!

scrape da bottom of my lip if i dont inch outta my driveway. dont feel bad cuz i also ran it into a curb pretty hard. it looks like a bunch of rock chips now.

Hell yeah marc, that's what I'm talkin about, but more like I ran into a concrete parking blocker. To make it worse, the end was already cracked off and all jagged'y, so that kinda owned my lip even more.

But you guys are great, makes me feel better.

Lol, damn, that sounds pretty bad. I thought I learned my lesson, my first lip went straight into a concrete parking barrier the 2nd or 3rd month I had my car. Got it sanded, repainted and then it just started getting more and more messed up from being lowered. Then it finally bit the dust when I hit a tire going N on I-15 at 5am.

This being my second lip I thought I learned, but I guess not, sheeot.

 

I am guessing that is what happend to mine as well. The previous owner used some touch-up paint on it.. not too bad...

It is lowered. But I've only had it for a little over a month though. I'm sure my time will come
