they say its never been done or at least no one has seen but i saw this lude at a car show yesterday. custome wide body, targa top, 3.0l engine behind the front seats. the ideas were there but it was done very poorly and the car i think looks hideous!

Yeah I saw a convertible one, it was in Germany, they actually came that way there I think. Top car looks like total garbage, inline x's car is rad minus the fact that you can't see outta the back window and the 3rd race car is nice cause it's FR but doesn't use a Honda engine. =[

ya i've seen the convertible before and that pic of the silver targa 5th gen but never a 4th gen before, at least a real one, not a photo shop one. idk how his windshield is staying up though, he had no extra bracing on it, although the windshield was cracked so thats prolly the start of it collapsing lol. there was a heatshield with dynomat that goes over the engine, idk how good of a job it'll do blocking out the heat and noise with the motor being right behind you.
hmmm the targa cut off dont look to bad, its just the rest of the car...LOL and that black one looks heller dope to me! crazy how people can customize outside the original body lines

i couldnt tell what motor that was from, i couldnt figure it out and i couldnt find the guy that owned the car, all i could see was 3.0l 24v v6
