Check out the FAQ's at the top, it will tell you everything you need, however if you need a step by step guide, I would suggest maybe finding someone that has done it before to help out.
If you are swapping in a D series, it just drops in. B series a couple extra things need done, however still pretty easy.

if you have never done one before, with any car, then i recommend taking it to a shop. or getting some help. but do a lot of research especially if this is your DD car. try this...
