Default OMG BEEPPPPING!!!!

So recently installed pillar mounted seatbelts and on the removal of the door mounted there was some wires wired to them. I cut the wires obviously but now at all the times my dash says the door is open and after the speedometer moves the seatbelt light both in dash and on ceiling start blinking and i also hear beeping now how do i fix this? is there a combination to the wires to make it all go away? Please help its so annoying i have to blast the radio to not hear beeping...

behind the stereo console is a box with two plugs going into it. disconnect the green plug from the box and the noise will go away.

did you CUT the plugs of just unplug them? There was also a set of wires that went to the door latch.

You have a 90-91 crx/ef?

Look in front of the rear view mirror, there is a large cap there. Take the cap off and unplug the cord. Done

ok i unplugged the beeper part behind the rear view mirror. Could this also cause my brake lights to not work? Also how do you make the seatbelt light on the dash stop blinking and the doop ajar light to go off?

in my opinion u were very dumb to just cut the wire. u should have just unplugged it and that would have solved your problem. i have no idea about the cluster, honestly u could probably find a cluster write up and find out which wire controls that light and just cut it. about the door ajar light, check the door itself, are the small plastic pieces working in the door jam? r did u remove those too?

brake lights? check your brake bar that is attached to the place where you press your foot with. follow the bar up and there should be a small plasic tooth going through the bar. it may be chipped or broken into pieces. they cost 4 bucks at the dealer.
