Hi I was just wondering in location of the sunroof rear drain hose and how would I clean it out? anyone can provide picture of them also if thats possible? thanks!

The car is 1990 civic hb

 

ok open the hatch and on the back panels where ur turn signal bubls would be there is a long clear tube but dirty by this point with a cylinder near the end of it with a whole. u can take a screw driver to it and clean the gunk out of the lines that way but get a bucket incase its got alot of water backed up.

 

hey thanks a lot found it right away! I pulled it out and a lot of water came out.. =/ but now im cleaning it right now hope this solves my leak fromt he sunroof

 

it fixed mine i was gettn sick of if my car was angled up and it raind it pour on me so i found them. hope it fixes ur problem man ^^

 

Years ago I was poking around on my new '90 Si. I found the left drain hose detatched from the factory. My lucky day I guess.

 

I also recommend you back-blow the hose with compressed air to get it really clean. Fisrt open the sun roof all the way back. Next tape a dirt catcher, something like a plastic trash bag, underneath the perimiter of the sunroof hole. Use an air gun with a rubber tip to blow a bunch of air back up the drain line. You will be surprised how much dirt/trash/leaves will come flying out.
